Over the past decade I've shipped product interfaces at scale — the kind where the UI is the product. Here's some of what that's looked like.

Healthcare at scale

The core challenge at Fullscript is making complex clinical workflows feel simple. I lead frontend architecture for growth initiatives across a platform serving 125,000+ practitioners and 5M+ patients.

Partnering with Data and Analytics, I've run A/B tests that lifted sign-up-to-first-prescription conversion by 19%. I re-engineered the cross-platform auto-refill journey across React Native and web, designed the GraphQL schema and component systems that teams build on, and set frontend engineering standards. I also ship backend changes in Ruby using AI-assisted workflows.

Financial systems

I spent seven years at Oracle Financial Services building UIs for some of the world's largest financial institutions. I led the frontend for OBCLPM Loan Syndication — complex multi-party corporate lending — through a strategic product restructure. As one of six founding developers, I pioneered the microservices transition of the FLEXCUBE architecture, building UI components for credit appraisal and loan servicing from the ground up. I also wrote backend business logic in PL/SQL for institutional investor servicing.

After Oracle, at i-exceed, I delivered a Corporate Banking administration platform under tight UAT and deployment pressure, stabilizing the frontend during a strategic team downsizing.
